Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship across India. Orders are delivered by our courier partners to most pin codes. If we are unable to deliver to your area, we will contact you and cancel the order at no cost to you.

Processing and delivery time

Orders are processed as soon as they are confirmed. Standard delivery takes 3 to 5 business days, depending on your pin code. Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Shipping charges

Delivery charges are calculated automatically at checkout and shown to you before you confirm your order.

Tracking your order

Once your parcel is dispatched we will email you a tracking link so you can follow its progress.

Delays

Occasionally deliveries are delayed by weather, strikes, local restrictions or courier backlogs. If your order is running late, write to us and we will chase it up with the courier.

Wrong or incomplete address

Please check your address and phone number carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or nobody was available to receive it, re-delivery may be charged.
