Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes. Cash on Delivery is available across India, so you can pay the delivery agent in cash when your parcel arrives. No advance payment is needed.
Can I pay online instead?
At the moment we accept Cash on Delivery only. Online payment options are coming soon.
Shipping and delivery
How long will my order take?
Orders are dispatched quickly and standard delivery takes 3 to 5 business days, depending on your pin code.
What does delivery cost?
Delivery charges are calculated automatically at checkout before you confirm your order.
Do you deliver everywhere in India?
We deliver to most pin codes across India. If we cannot reach your area, we will contact you and cancel the order at no cost to you.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is dispatched.
Returns and refunds
What if my order arrives damaged, defective or wrong?
Write to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or an unboxing video and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it has not been dispatched. Message us as soon as possible and we will cancel it for you.

Are these products safe to use at home?
Yes, when used as directed on the label. Keep them out of reach of children, avoid contact with eyes, and test on a small hidden area first.
